What’s New for 2024?
The 2024 Lexus NX gains the Remote Park feature to complement the available Advanced Park. This feature lets the NX pull into and out of tight parking spaces while you’re using the Lexus smartphone app. The NX450h+ F Sport Handling AWD model also gains a panoramic glass sunroof as an available feature.
Who’s It For?
Drivers who want superb comfort and luxury in a tidy package. The 2024 NX offers the quintessential Lexus experience for long-time fans as well as those new to the marque. Bold styling defines the NX, from its dramatic curves and character lines to the definitive spindle grille, a mainstay of the Lexus lineup. That theme continues inside its well-appointed and driver-inspired cabin, highlighted by high-quality materials and ambient interior lighting with a broad range of color choices to set any driving mood. For those wanting to make a more dramatic statement, there’s the NX 350 F Sport Handling AWD. With its 20-inch gloss black wheels, darkened exterior accents, and bolstered F SPORT front seats, among other options, it offers just the right amount of visual and tactile excitement without making any compromises when it comes to overall comfort.
Real World Performance
If variety is the spice of life, then the 2024 Lexus NX delivers with its quartet of powertrain options. The base NX 250 features a 2.5-liter inline 4-cylinder engine with 203 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque. It’s also the only model that lets you choose between front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive – all other NX models come with AWD. The NX 350 and NX 350 F Sport Handling AWD offer a turbocharged 2.4-liter inline 4-cylinder with a significant power increase to 275 horsepower and 317 pound-feet of torque.
If your idea of luxury involves breezing past the fuel pumps, then you’ll enjoy the two hybrid powertrain options. The NX 350h+ AWD features a pair of electric motors combined with a 2.5-liter Atkinson-cycle engine for a total of 239 horsepower. Then there’s the NX 450h+, which adds plug-in hybrid capability as well as a considerable boost in overall power. Expect 304 total system horsepower and a brisk 0-60 mph time of 6 seconds. The same F Sport Handling upgrades also apply to the NX 450h+.
